Ecology by Anderson — small-group wildlife expeditions across Latin America

Hi there! I’m Bryce Anderson, an international wildlife guide and naturalist with a passion for exploring some of the world’s most biodiverse places. I grew up in San Diego, California where I became fascinated by local herpetofauna as a child. That passion never seemed to fade, quickly developing into a love for photography, a fascination with education and a desire to look deeper at the spatial ecology of the very animals I found myself chasing across 15 states and 5 countries. After working with rattlesnakes for a number of years across the Sonoran Desert, I moved myself to the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica to learn more about rainforest ecology and regenerative ecotourism practices. Here I began offering wildlife tours more frequently, eventually finding the freedom to guide full-time. My goal isn’t simply to show you an animal. I want you to understand why it lives there, how it fits into the ecosystem, and what makes the place unique.
